The application has a feature rich Human Resource Management system covering all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle in the Client – Administrator, Recruitment, Training, and Attendance [including capabilities to interface with devices], Leave, Salary, Exit management and Reports.

Employee Database Management System

It provides ability to maintain all the employee information of the Client. This module automates labor-intensive activities of recording employee attendance and leave information. The Time & Attendance software relates to each individual employee based on any organization’s pay rules, calculates overtime, premium and other pay benefits and also keep a track of the time of employees entering or leaving the organization. The application allows data transfer from and to other systems that manage reporting or Payroll applications.
